With "Meet Future, LITE-ON your life" as the theme, Lite-On Technology exhibited many core optoelectronic components and related applications at the Company's booth located in the UV/IR LED area at the 2015 Photonics Festival in Taiwan. Lite-On displays heart rate sensors which were based on 3-in-1 integrated ambient light and proximity sensors with proprietary application software enabling end devices to measure user's heart rate for the very first time. This is the best built-in health management solution for trendsetting wearable devices. Also on display were LEDs for small size displays, automotive LEDs, optical sensors, and UV LEDs.

Vice President Wu Den-yih also visited Lite-On's pavilion and was personally received by Warren Chen, Group CEO of Lite-On Group to experience Lite-On's full range of core optoelectronic components and related applications. Group CEO Warren Chen says that as global energy needs continue to rise, LED and lighting applications will be one of the main sources of profit and revenue growth for Lite-On Group in the future.Lite-On's vision is to be "Best Partner in Optoelectronic, Eco-Friendly and Intelligent Technologies", and will continue to focus on developing core components to establish mass production advantages by integrating resources and optimizing management.

 In addition to heart rate sensors, Lite-On also exhibited various 3-in-1 ambient light and proximity sensors, plus integrated sensing solutions for RGB, UV, and gestures suitable for various sensing purposes such as direction, ambient color, gestures, heart rate, etc. The Company also launched High Power UV LED products covering the wavelengths of 365nm to 405nm. These UV LEDs are suitable to replace traditional UV light sources used in curing and printing applications, providing a good solution for saving energy and prolonging product life.

 At the Taiwan's 2015 Photonics Festival, Lite-On exhibited high-end LED components and related applications, as well as many core optoelectronic components and lighting solutions that fully demonstrate Lite-On's excellent R&D capabilities. This comprehensive array of products continues to strengthen Lite-On's position as a global optoelectronics leader, satisfying the immediate needs of customers worldwide.
