Lite-On Technology Corp. (TW 2301) is pleased to announce that it has been selected as a member of the 2015 Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI) for the fifth consecutive year, demonstrating its success in achieving the international standards of sustainability practices.
     Lite-On achieved the highest scores in an impressive 6 out of 23 aspects in the Computer Hardware industry (i.e. customer relationship management, risk and crisis management, environmental policy and management system, hazardous substances management, labor practice and human rights, and stakeholder engagement). Lite-On’s outstanding performance in all of these facets reaffirmed Lite-On’s strong ongoing commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) development. Lite-On will continue to make steady efforts regarding sustainability performance in all dimensions, working closely with players throughout the whole supply chain, to the clear benefit of its stakeholders as well as local and global communities.
     As of 2015, Lite-On has been continuously selected as a leading member of the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI) for five consecutive years, as well as being included as a constituent in the MSCI Global Sustainability Indexes for two years. Meanwhile, Lite-On was awarded a total of nine CSR Awards from Global Views Magazine in the 11 years since 2005 and “Corporate Citizenship” Awards from Common Wealth Magazine for the 9th straight year. Moreover, Lite-On was ranked A++, the highest grade, by the Securities and Futures Institute in its 12th Information Disclosure evalsuation.
