Lite-On Technology Reports Consolidated February Sales of NT$14.09 Billion 2016/3/9 Lite-On Technology (TW 2301) today reported February consolidated revenue of NT$14.09 billion, decreasing 2% Y-o-Y and 19% M-o-M, mainly impacted by the Chinese Lunar New Year holiday shutdown. Cumulative sales for January and February totaled NT$31.43 billion.
     The Optoelectronics business segment contributed a 21% share of Lite-On’s overall revenue. Thanks to the increased demands, LED vehicle Lighting enjoyed a revenue growth of over 20% Y-o-Y while LED components ongoing market share gains, resulting in overall LED related business continued to grow year-on-year.
     The Information Technologies business segment accounted for 46% of overall revenue, of which, clouding computing application products posted a yearly growth of over 10%, driven by delivery growth of server and networking power management systems and high-end server enclosure. 
     Storage accounted for 23% of Lite-On’s total revenue with a growth of over 30% Y-o-Y, supported by growing end demands from cloud computing and gaming applications.
