Lite-On Technology (2301.TW) today announced that Mr. K.C. Terng, Deputy CEO of Lite-On Group is to retire from the company, as a result of his physical condition, effective from Feb, 08, 2013.

Mr. Raymond Soong, Chairman of Lite-On Group expresses his acknowledgements and gratitude for Mr. K.C. Terng’s commitment to the company. During several critical phases of organization reconstruction and expansion, Mr. Terng made his best efforts as the key driver building up the fundamental for reaching the goal of profitable growth. Mr. Terng has made great contributions on improvements of operation performance and corporate governance as well as reinforcement of customer and supplier relationship, leading the company successfully overcoming the severe economic environment and gaining momentum for business growth. Mr. Terng’s practice of his integrity with wholehearted devotion to the company has become a paragon in the company.

 Looking ahead, as Mr. Terng convalesces better physical condition, Lite-On Group expects to have his devotions for the company again. Mr. K. C.
