Lite-On Technology (TW 2301) today reported March worldwide consolidated revenue of NT$16.43 billion, up 24% M-o-M, while posting the parent company’s consolidated sales of NT$9.84 billion, up 27% M-o-M. All of Lite-On’s Strategic Business Groups (SBG) showed steady sequential growth, which is mainly attributable to ongoing market share gains and stable global market demand. Cumulative worldwide consolidated revenue and parent company’s consolidated revenue from January to March were NT$46.43 billion and 27.95 billion respectively.
     In March, thanks to steady increases in the demand of sever and networking devices for cloud computing applications and mobiles devices, Power Supply posted a revenue growth of approximately 40% M-o-M, mainly attributable to shipment increases of high-end power management systems; Camera Module revenue continued to grow sequentially, supported by its production capacity expansion and smooth delivery of high-end products, as well as ongoing gains in the global market-share of smart-phoness and Tablet PCs. Meanwhile, market share gains and smooth delivery of high-end server enclosure products, and the HIS (Human Input Solutions-PC keyboards and peripherals) business unit’s ongoing global market share gains as well as the smooth delivery of keyboards for tablet PCs, resulted in a sequential growth of approximately 30% in the Mechanical Competence SBG.
     Additionally, thanks to substantial demand from branded customers and delivery growth, revenue from LED lighting components increased approximately 200% Y-o-Y. Meanwhile, outdoor LED lighting business, including LED traffic signal and street light products, also posted a revenue growth of approximately 200% Y-o-Y driven by increased demands for worldwide energy saving, coupled with smooth delivery for tenders won in Taiwan.

         in addition to the parent company’s consolidated revenue, which also includes subsidiaries, such as Lite-On IT, Silitech, Logah,
         Lite-On mobiles, Leotek, Dun Yang, Lite-On Green Energy and Lite-On Clean Energy, etc.
